• Manage participant recruitment, screening design, recruiter coordination, and proactive monitoring ensuring efficient research fieldwork delivery.
• Coordinate fieldwork logistics, maintain project documentation, support consultants' schedules, organise materials, and assist internal briefings.
• Improve operational processes, develop standards and templates, manage travel logistics, track costs, provide office administration.

• Experienced research operations professional managing participant recruitment, screener design, recruiter briefing, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office user, skilled in reporting, forecasting, databases, cost tracking, and administration.
• Highly organised communicator improving processes, managing suppliers, resolving issues proactively, supporting consultants, and handling priorities.
