Product Manager – Biotech Solutions

As Product Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the development and success of innovative products. From managing the product lifecycle to defining customer requirements and building go-to-market strategies, you’ll be at the forefront of driving product success. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, gather valuable customer insights, and ensure the product delivers real value in a competitive landscape. Role Overview :

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead product development and lifecycle management for our biotech solutions. You will act as the voice of the customer, driving product improvements, go-to-market strategies, and ensuring the product delivers measurable success in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product from NPI (New Product Introduction) through to end-of-life.
  • Product Improvement: Identify and prioritize key product enhancements to drive value for customers.
  • Product Roadmaps: Develop actionable product development plans aligned with business strategy.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Gather customer feedback and define clear product requirements (URS).
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute pricing, volume forecasts, early access programs, and marketing strategies.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent the product at talks, webinars, and presentations. Provide commercial training to distributors and partners.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Create tools and resources to support sales, marketing, distributors, and OEMs.
  • ROI Tracking: Ensure the product delivers a positive ROI, tracking performance through KPIs.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor research and market intelligence, including SWOT analysis.
  • Value Proposition: Clearly define and communicate the core value propositions of the technology.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: MSc or PhD in a scientific field (preferred) or experience with PAT sensors
    .
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in product management or related fields, preferably in biotech or bioprocessing solutions.
  • Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills. Scientific writing experience is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (3+ days a week onsite).
