We are currently seeking an individual to join the team as Insights Support Analyst.
The role provides support to the Head of Strategic Workforce Insight and Enablement and will suit someone looking to develop their skills within People Strategy & Innovation.

In this role you’ll:
- Support data analysis, visualisation and presentation tasks
- Prepare and compose materials where required (e.g. presentations, reports, agendas, minutes, monthly updates)
- Support the business with duties such as complex diary management and inbox management - scheduling, responding to short notice reprioritisation of meetings and delegating meetings effectively
- Respond to and draft emails/communications on behalf of the business
- Use judgement when dealing with the inbox to ensure that urgent high priority emails are identified shortly after they are received and shared with leadership team members as appropriate for action and response
- Manage complex travel, itineraries and accommodation, applying for VISA’s where necessary
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Experience demonstrating proficiency performing analyses on large data sets and communicating findings visually
- Have experience drafting briefing packs and ensuring papers/speaker notes are prepared
- Have advanced and demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office particularly around preparing and creating Powerpoint presentations
- Demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills with experience of working under pressure with senior stakeholders
- Have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and an existing network within senior levels of the organisation
- Have the ability to understand and prioritise workload effectively and work in an ambiguous environment
