We're seeking a motivated and analytical Inclusive Customer Proposition Executive to join us on a 12 month FTC, to support the development and delivery of innovative insurance solutions aimed at financially vulnerable populations. Working within AXA UK&I's strategic initiative, you'll collaborate across teams to shape, develop and launch impactful propositions that promote financial resilience and social inclusion. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful change while gaining valuable experience in insurance product development, customer strategy and cross-functional delivery.

Key

responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end proposition development for inclusive insurance initiatives, from insight generation and concept design through to delivery, launch and ongoing optimisation.
  • Contribute to shaping AXA UK&I's inclusive insurance strategy by providing insights, market analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, underwriting, digital, legal, marketing and operations to translate proposition requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Assist in developing business cases, including customer value propositions, financial viability and social impact assessments.
  • Assist operational readiness activities, ensuring customer journeys, systems and processes are prepared for successful launch.
  • Help monitor proposition performance, customer outcomes and KPIs post-launch; identify opportunities for scaling and improvement.
  • Prepare structured updates and reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks and key decisions.
  • Facilitate partnership and B2B2C proposition delivery by working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Work arrangements

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your

skills & experience
  • Experience in proposition development, product management, or customer strategy within insurance, financial services or a regulated environment.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Presentation skills, including preparing and delivering clear, structured updates, recommendations, and materials for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in an agile environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance product lifecycle, underwriting, pricing and digital delivery considerations.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate activities and handle project delivery milestones.
  • Knowledge of social impact or inclusive finance initiatives.
