Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with potential and existing clients, and promoting the company’s corporate secretarial and related professional services. This role requires a good understanding of corporate compliance, company incorporation, and regulatory requirements under ACRA and relevant authorities.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and overseas markets to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, entrepreneurs, and business partners to foster long-term collaboration.
- Analyze client needs and propose tailored corporate secretarial or advisory services that align with their business objectives.
- Follow up on leads by preparing detailed proposals, quotations, and service agreements to secure new contracts.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to inquiries and service requests.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, networking events, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
- Prepare marketing materials, corporate presentations, and service brochures that clearly communicate the firm’s value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with the corporate secretarial team to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Coordinate with accounting, tax, and compliance departments to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities that maximize client value.
- Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams to continuously improve service quality and client retention.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging industries and business trends that inform strategic business development initiatives.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and recommend actionable strategies to strengthen market position and drive business expansion.
- Prepare regular business development reports and forecasts to support management decision-making.
- Maintain accurate client and prospect records in CRM or internal databases to ensure data integrity and facilitate follow-up activities.
- Support the preparation of proposals, service agreements, and presentations to assist in closing deals and partnership opportunities.
- Assist in tender submissions or partnership proposals as required to secure new business collaborations.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–3 years of experience in business development are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of ACRA regulations, the Companies Act, and corporate compliance procedures is advantageous.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English and Mandarin to interact with a diverse client base.
