Summer Internship Opportunities:
  • Investment Memorandums:
    Help create investment memorandums.
  • Research & Analysis:
    Dive into industry trends, competitors, and product characteristics to support product development.
  • Presentations & Proposals:
    Prepare detailed product presentations, proposals, and recommendations.

    Respond to questions from external and internal business partners.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Academic Excellence:
    On track for at least a 2:1 or higher undergraduate degree (or equivalent).
  • Investment Management Knowledge & Interest:
    Academic background or demonstrated interest in Real Estate (relevant coursework; active participation in investment clubs; managing a virtual portfolio; following market commentary; reading financial news).
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Preferably have prior experience of coding such as VBA, and/or familiarity with Python and Bloomberg is a plus.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise written and verbal communications tailored to different audiences. Example: preparing client‑ready emails, delivering presentations to a small group of your team, or writing reports that inform decision‑making.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Proven ability to work effectively in team settings by actively listening to others’ perspectives, contributing constructively to group discussions, and adapting your working style to help deliver team goals & objectives.
  • Critical Thinking:
    Demonstrated ability to understand business problems from multiple angles, identify key drivers of outcomes, and propose solutions that balance competing priorities.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency:
    Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & advanced Excel). Example: creating financial models, using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data visualization, building scripts for data analysis, and automating tasks.
  • Initiative and Ownership:
    Track record of taking ownership of projects or responsibilities without constant supervision. Example: proactively identifying problems and proposing solutions, and ensuring regular communication where appropriate.
