As an Intern, you will have an excellent opportunity to explore capital market dynamics and to gain valuable practical experience in an innovative company. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive candidate to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support across business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing tasks, supporting project delivery, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations using structured approaches such as PRINCE
2. This role requires excellent time management, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Conduct data research and market analysis to support product strategies
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project milestones and strategic deliverables are met
- Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Plan, organize, and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas, producing minutes, and completing follow‑ups
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for clients, senior leaders and project teams
- Assist with budgeting, procurement, and resource tracking across business activities
- Ensure clear communication between stakeholders, leadership, team members and clients
- Take part in internal training and learning initiatives to enhance market and product knowledge
- University degree preferably in management, finance, or economics
- Proficient in MS Office applications (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Strong interest in derivatives and/or funding & financing markets
- Experience in Business Operations, administrative, and business support role
- Strong organizational, communication and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with project coordination and structured delivery frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2 knowledge)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work alone and as part of a team with the objective to meet common target achievement
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a keen interest in developing products, systems and workflows
