What You’ll Be Doing:

* Collecting and interpreting data to support business decisions and operational strategy

* Assisting with the development of performance reports and dashboards

* Monitoring operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

* Supporting process improvement initiatives and operational projects

* Collaborating with different departments to streamline workflows and enhance productivity

What We’re Looking For:

* A degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data tools or dashboards is a plus

* Strong communication and collaboration skills

* A proactive mindset with a desire to improve processes and efficiency
