Overview
There is an exciting opportunity for a business‑proficient Mandarin Chinese and English speaker to join a Singapore‑based logistics and supply chain company as a sales support executive. The role offers a salary of up to £25,000 per year and involves excellent organisational, data‑keeping, and analytical abilities.
Qualifications- Business proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken) (B1 level or above)
- Thorough understanding of freight shipping and processes
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain positive customer relationships
- Ability to create reports in Microsoft Excel
- Experience dealing with air freight administration and shipment‑related issues
- Ability to complete a diverse workload while meeting tight constraints
- Adaptability, curiosity, and openness to change, with a strong commitment to personal and professional growth
- Capability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate airline schedules
- Proof of work authorisation in the United Kingdom
