About the team:
The Tik Tok Shop Europe Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) team focuses on developing e‑commerce strategies for emerging markets. We drive market growth by crafting tailored plans, optimising operations, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support merchants and creators. Our mission is to enable sustainable success in Europe’s dynamic e‑commerce landscape through data‑driven insights and innovative solutions.

As a project intern, you will engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must commit to at least a 3‑month internship period.

• Data collection & analysis, e.g., cleaning and verifying merchant data to ensure it meets e‑commerce criteria and matches platform records.
• Other operational support, e.g., assisting with process tracking, reporting, and documentation to ensure smooth coordination across the team.
• Contribute to strategic research, business analysis, and data processing for Tik Tok’s global e‑commerce operations.
• Collaborate with business teams to drive key projects and ensure the successful execution of strategies.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2026, available for 4–5 days per week, for at least 3 months.
• Proficiency in data analysis and processing; SQL skills are a bonus.
• Fluency in English and proven ability to conduct cross‑regional research.

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with familiarity with industry research methods.
• Consulting, strategy, or investment‑related experience is a plus.
