Job Title:
Luxury Packaging Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers that use our packaging.
- Demonstrate strong account management, negotiation, and persuasive skills to secure business.
- Coordinate with departments to move projects through design, production, and invoicing stages.
- Maintain and nurture assigned accounts; grow account value (typical order value £10,000–£500,000).
Qualifications:
- Excellent account management, negotiation, persuasive, and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Training will be provided on packaging design and production; preferred related knowledge of product development, China manufacturing or print.
This role is for UK residents experienced in print, packaging or paper sectors.
