Position Overview
SEI Investments is a leading global provider of asset management and investment technology solutions. The Relationship Manager role is responsible for growing SEI's business through client service excellence. The role is strategic, requiring sophisticated skills to navigate internal organization and build quality relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate a firm-wide approach to strategic client management, implementing an institutional-grade client governance framework that includes efficient meetings, KPIs, action trackers, and client satisfaction goals; drive client service excellence and provide thought leadership with up-to-date market trends and competitor intelligence.
- Create and present an annual account plan to senior management that outlines a clear path to wallet share expansion.
- Represent the voice of clients to internal SEI stakeholders and serve as the trusted SEI liaison to clients.
- Lead commercial discussions and profitability action plans.
- Act as point of escalation for clients and internal teams.
- Support sales in new business generation and deal closing efforts.
- Feed the product pipeline with solutions that anticipate client needs and identify future revenue streams.
- Manage third‑party relationships to enhance SEI’s brand awareness with strategic partners.
- Cultivate excellent working relationships with Operations Management.
- At least 10 years’ experience in alternative funds, with preference for private markets exposure.
- Strong knowledge of alternative fund structures, fund domiciles, and regulatory requirements.
- Track record in cross‑selling and wallet share expansion.
- Experience in alternative operations is an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high‑standard oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong data management skills.
- Curious mindset and ability to execute change.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Energetic, accountable, and driven.
- Positive can‑do attitude with excellent problem‑solving skills.
