Location: Greater London
Commercial Growth & Insights Manager – Lead optimization of Strategic Partnerships and Affiliate business by leveraging data-driven insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies that drive revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities Business Performance Optimization- Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards to track KPIs, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Analyze trends and patterns in business performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders, owning trading reporting, queries, and commentary as necessary to the highest levels of EG leadership and others.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on affiliate partnerships.
- Conduct post-campaign analyses to identify key learnings and actionable recommendations.
- Work with commercial and finance teams to integrate insights into campaign planning and execution through developing Commercial Playbooks.
- Analyze affiliate performance data to identify high-performing partners and underperforming campaigns; suggest and implement optimizations to grow top- and bottom-line performance.
- Recommend strategies for expanding the network of partnerships and maximizing the organization’s profitability.
- Partner with the Commercial teams (Business Development and Account Management), Operations, Finance, and Analytics teams to align on campaign goals and performance metrics.
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, ensuring that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Minimum of 3 years in a Commercial Strategy, Marketing Analytics, or Senior Sales role (or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. MBA a plus.
- Proven experience with SQL. Familiarity with Python and Claude Code highly desirable.
- Experience with in e-commerce or online affiliate marketing is highly desirable.
- Business Acumen: A proactive, results-driven mindset with a clear focus on driving profitability and growth.
- Strategic Insight:
Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies. - Analytical mindset:
Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets with precision and efficiency. Proficiency in Excel and Tableau. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at senior levels. - Cross-functional leadership:
Experience in managing cross-functional projects and coordinating business review processes.
