Shape the Future of Procurement at SynthomerWe’re accelerating our global procurement evolution and are looking for a Project Management Officer to play a pivotal role in shaping, governing, and delivering our enterprise‑wide value creation agenda.
What You’ll Do- Lead Global PMO Governance – oversee governance and performance management for all Group Procurement programs and ensure alignment across Indirects, Directs, and Procurement CoE initiatives.
- Drive the Value Creation Agenda – build executive‑ready presentations and performance dashboards, partner with C‑suite stakeholders to secure sponsorship, and maintain the value creation framework.
- Support the 5‑Year Procurement Transformation Roadmap – contribute to operating model, process, and digital transformation initiatives, and monitor transformation KPIs across regions, categories, and functions.
- Ensure delivery accountability – track milestones, manage escalations, and secure benefits realization globally.
- 10+ years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, consulting, transformation roles, or Program/Project Management.
- Strong background in program/project management with a record of delivering measurable value.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement capability, including interactions with C‑suite executives.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in reporting, dashboards, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Professional proficiency in project management, analytics, and presentation tools (Microsoft Project, Power BI, Planner, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Degree required; MBA, CIPS, PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively across all three global regions.
