Procurement; Project Management Officer

We’re accelerating our global procurement evolution and are looking for a Project Management Officer to play a pivotal role in shaping, governing, and delivering our enterprise‑wide value creation agenda.

• Lead Global PMO Governance – oversee governance and performance management for all Group Procurement programs and ensure alignment across Indirects, Directs, and Procurement CoE initiatives.
• Drive the Value Creation Agenda – build executive‑ready presentations and performance dashboards, partner with C‑suite stakeholders to secure sponsorship, and maintain the value creation framework.
• Support the 5‑Year Procurement Transformation Roadmap – contribute to operating model, process, and digital transformation initiatives, and monitor transformation KPIs across regions, categories, and functions.
• Ensure delivery accountability – track milestones, manage escalations, and secure benefits realization globally.

• 10+ years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, consulting, transformation roles, or Program/Project Management.
• Strong background in program/project management with a record of delivering measurable value.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement capability, including interactions with C‑suite executives.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in reporting, dashboards, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Professional proficiency in project management, analytics, and presentation tools (Microsoft Project, Power BI, Planner, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Degree required; MBA, CIPS, PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively across all three global regions.
