The role expands and drives the Tik Tok Shop Partner (TSP) ecosystem through business development, training and project management.

• The position sits cross‑functionally, working closely with stakeholders from different business units and external parties to support matchmaking between TSPs and sellers on the platform.
• Become an expert on social commerce and Tik Tok Shop to support the partner team and help TSPs onboard their clients and grow sales on the platform.
• Perform data analysis of various metrics—from live streams and short videos—to identify opportunities to help TSPs support sellers to succeed on Tik Tok Shop.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working with metrics and data‑driven decision making.
