About the role

• Delivery of S/4
  
  HANA‑enabled transformation programmes, specialising in S/4
  
  HANA Finance including central finance.
• Design and configure the core Finance solution across FI‑AP, FI‑AR, FI‑GL along with CO.
• Lead pre‑sales conversations and help clients shape their Finance Transformation journey roadmap.
• Lead a workstream comprised of on‑ and off‑shore resources.
• Facilitate high‑level and detailed design workshops for your functional area; collect business requirements and map out business processes.
• Design end‑to‑end solutions and ensure all deliverables produced by your team are consistent with design principles, standards and methodologies.
• Lead or participate in practice development activities that support sales activities and internal capability development.

You design and manage complete enterprise solutions, demonstrate leadership of topics in the architect community, and show a passion for technology and business acumen.

• Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem‑solving and resilience.
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesising, documenting and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in the country's official language(s) (C2) and English (C2); willingness to travel.
• Demonstrable experience delivering S/4
  
  HANA as part of a transformation programme.
• Strong knowledge of S/4
  
  HANA configuration and best practices with a background in S/4
  
  HANA Finance, including central finance.
• Experience with Agile working practices on an SAP implementation and planning of activities during the project.
• Experience of facilitating a design workshop and translating the requirements into design.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills working with client stakeholders and development teams.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to lead a workstream through all phases of an SAP implementation.
