** What you’ll do
** You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of mobile insurance within one of the UK’s most exciting network transformations. As we come together to build the largest mobile provider in the country, you’ll lead the Business Insurance product portfolio—guiding its growth in a way that puts customers first, supports sustainable success, and builds trust at every stage.
In this role, you’ll bring people, ideas, and strategy together—translating insight into meaningful action and creating products that are both commercially strong and genuinely valuable for customers.
* You’ll define and nurture the product strategy for the Business Insurance portfolio, ensuring it reflects customer needs and market opportunities
* You’ll guide the full product lifecycle with care—from early ideas through to launch, continuous improvement, and retirement
* You’ll shape and deliver a clear, purposeful product roadmap, ensuring investments are thoughtful and impactful
* You’ll embed Consumer Duty and FCA principles throughout, championing fair value and positive customer outcomes
