** What you’ll do
*** Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of apprenticeship programmes for both new joiners and internal colleagues, supporting a smooth experience from onboarding through to completion and progression.
* Work with the business to translate demand into clear apprenticeship pathways, including role profiles, entry requirements and progression options.
* Partner with TA, Employer Brand and hiring teams to support attraction and selection activities, ensuring processes are fair, inclusive and accessible.
* Support onboarding activities, including inductions, guidance for managers and early check-ins to help apprentices settle in successfully.
* Work with training providers to shape and manage the learning journey, supporting quality, structure and a positive learning experience.
* Provide guidance and resources for line managers and mentors, helping to create a consistent and supportive on-the-job experience.
* Monitor programme requirements such as compliance, funding and documentation, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
* Track and share insights on programme progress and outcomes (e.g. completion, retention, progression and experience), identifying opportunities to improve.
