As a Director, Founder’s Office, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Founder and Executive Leadership Team, driving critical business initiatives and ensuring effective execution of the company’s most high-impact priorities. This role requires exceptional leadership, a sharp strategic mindset, and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation. You will own the orchestration of cross-functional efforts, manage complex projects, and act as a trusted advisor to the Founder on key decisions.

Strategic Leadership & Execution: Translate the Founder’s vision into enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Lead the planning and implementation of key company priorities, ensuring alignment, execution, and measurable outcomes.

Executive Collaboration & Influence: Partner directly with senior leaders across departments (Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Commercial) to drive cross-functional alignment, resolve roadblocks, and influence organisational direction.

Project Portfolio Management: Own and oversee a portfolio of high‑stakes initiatives from concept to delivery. Provide executive‑level reporting, risk mitigation strategies, and post‑mortem analysis to ensure continuous improvement.

Operational Effectiveness: Identify and address structural inefficiencies and systemic issues. Lead efforts to scale operations through process optimisation, data‑led decision‑making, and organisational design enhancements.

Investor, Board & Stakeholder Engagement: Craft and manage compelling, data‑backed materials for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic leadership reviews. Act as a liaison between the Founder and external stakeholders where required.

Special Projects & Founder Enablement: Act as a thought partner and operational enabler to the Founder. Step into a leadership role on ad‑hoc initiatives that are critical to business growth or transformation.

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, or senior roles within high‑growth start‑ups or scale‑ups.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of scaling operations, strategy formulation, and change management.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive consensus.
