About the team:
The Merchant Growth team manages the incubation journey for high potential sellers within Tik Tok E-commerce EU.

As an integral part of the team you’ll take ownership of designing effective outreach programs and growth work streams, empowering merchants to grow and scale their business.

This role is suited for an experienced Operations Manager, Program Manager or Project Manager with e‑commerce experience.

As a project intern you will engage in impactful short‑term projects, gaining practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and developing a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least a 3‑month internship period.

• Design, execute and iterate merchant community growth strategies for high potential merchants.
• Monitor high potential merchant growth metrics, identify trends, conduct attribution analysis, and work with account managers to optimize growth directions.
• Effectively manage project and stakeholder meetings, drive discussions to conclusions, and keep programs on track.
• Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies and industry trends.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, graduating summer 2026 or later.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau and Excel/Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects.

• Fast learner with a proactive and resilient mindset; able to perform well under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• A self‑starter with a problem‑solving mindset and a willingness to learn.
