Following a period of growth, we have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join us as a Key Account Manager Luxury Sales. This role will focus on establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with luxury partners, including hotels and intermediaries representing high net-wealth and/or prestigious clients. It will involve working with concierges at leading hotels, initially in London but progressing to other UK cities.
The position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with extensive local knowledge, a strong network, and the ability to identify and capture business opportunities. The successful candidate will leverage their background working with luxury clients and their membership of relevant associations to create valuable and long-lasting relationships.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with concierges, travel decision makers at high-end hotels and intermediaries representing prestigious clients across the UK.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through concierge referrals and luxury intermediaries, developing lasting revenue streams.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase SIXT’s brand presence within the luxury market and generate consistent revenue.
- Create customized sales approaches including proposals, negotiations, and contract agreements tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate closely with hotel teams to deliver tailored offers and exceptional service for concierges and their high-net-worth clients.
- Participate in luxury industry events and networking opportunities to enhance SIXT’s brand visibility and influence.
- Proven Expertise – Strong track record in building partnerships with luxury hotels and intermediaries catering to high-net‑worth clients.
- Communication – Excel in verbal and written communication, able to inspire trust and navigate complex negotiations confidently.
- Business Acumen – Results-driven with entrepreneurial flair and a keen ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities in luxury markets.
- Industry Insight – Deep knowledge of luxury market dynamics and remain ahead of industry trends with a premium service mindset.
- Account Management Excellence – Manage multiple high-profile accounts with exceptional attention to detail and client care.
