Job SummaryWe’re looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Finance team. This role will support a varied workforce, ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with UK regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Process end-to-end payroll alongside ADP for all employees, including salaried and hourly staff, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, changes in compensation and benefits deductions.
- Prepare and submit all statutory payroll filings, including PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions, adhering to deadlines.
- Reconcile payroll data with general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, deductions and tax matters in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Generate various payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
- Assist with year‑end payroll procedures and reporting.
- In‑depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax regulations and pension schemes.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Real Time & IHCM, OnTrack).
Previous experience within a similar role in a luxury hospitality environment. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation and data entry skills, and clear communication.
