Executive Operations Associate

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and commercially minded Executive Operations Associate to work directly alongside the Founder and support the day‑to‑day operations of a growing multi‑brand business.

This role is ideal for someone with previous leadership or management experience who is looking to broaden their business exposure and develop into a future management position. You will play a key role in ensuring projects stay on track, company standards are maintained, and business objectives are effectively executed.

• Work directly with the Founder on business operations and strategic initiatives
• Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Support coordination across marketing, social media, e‑commerce, hospitality, and brand‑related projects
• Track team performance, project milestones, and operational priorities
• Identify issues proactively and recommend practical solutions
• Assist in implementing and improving internal processes and workflows
• Prepare reports, updates, and performance summaries when required
• Ensure company standards, objectives, and expectations are consistently upheld

• Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, management, or project coordination role
• Understanding of social media marketing and digital platforms, including Instagram, Tik Tok, and Rednote (Xiaohongshu)
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability
• Fluent English required;
  Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageous

• Starting salary from £30,000 per annum
• Salary review upon successful completion of probation
