Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager – 12 Month FTC - London - up to £86,000

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join on an initial 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave. If successful in the role.

This role will own the Commerce & Checkout product domain, shaping the strategy and roadmap across eCommerce, in-store technology, checkout and fulfilment experiences. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the customer organisation, you will play a key role in driving a more customer‑led approach and improving purchasing journeys across digital, physical and hybrid channel s.

• Define and execute the Commerce & Checkout product strategy and roadmap
• Drive improvements across eCommerce, checkout, fulfilment and in‑store experiences
• Deliver customer‑focused product initiatives across multiple purchasing channels
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, retention and commercial performance
• Explore and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation where appropriate
• Lead and support two direct reports
• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager within commerce, retail or customer‑facing environments
• Strong strategic product management and roadmap ownership experience
• Experience across eCommerce, checkout, fulfilment and omnichannel customer journeys
• Ability to operate strategically and align product initiatives with business objectives
• Retail, fashion or consumer‑focused industry experience
• Experience with AI, chatbots or customer automation technologies
• Exposure to customer experience, loyalty or retention initiatives
