• Working with business stakeholders to define Epics and Features.
• Refining requirements into User Stories with approved Acceptance Criteria as part of a KES Team.
• Collaborating with Solutions Architect on design activities.
• Creating AS-IS/TO-BE process flows as necessary.
• Documenting and managing requirements using either the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) or Azure Dev Ops (ADO) backlog.
• Participating in scrum/agile activities to drive development.
• No management or authorization responsibilities.

• Mandatory:
  Salesforce Business Analysis skills.
