You will own end-to-end client operations for global enterprise accounts, driving retention and platform adoption through a tech‑first approach. Reporting to the Strategy & Operations Director, you'll replace manual workflows with AI‑driven automations and smarter tooling, effectively building the operating system for the modern contingent workforce economy.

What You Will Do
  • Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise client operations, ensuring high satisfaction, platform adoption, and long‑term retention across 165+ countries.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions using AI tools, no‑code platforms, and automation to streamline client reporting and onboarding.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments across procurement, HR, and legal departments to implement best‑in‑class freelancer management workflows.
The ideal candidate
  • Possesses 4–7 years of experience in operations, customer success, or delivery, ideally within a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment.
  • Demonstrates a tech‑forward mindset with hands‑on experience using AI (ChatGPT/Claude) and automation tools (Zapier, Python, or Apps Script) to optimise workflows.
  • Proves a track record of proactively improving processes and managing mid‑market or enterprise accounts within complex, ambiguous environments.
