Early Talent Program Specialist Overview
As an Early Talent Program Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality early-career experience across EMEA. This will be achieved through structured programme delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and interns across both technical and non-technical teams, taking ownership of programme delivery. This is a highly visible role requiring strong collaboration, business acumen, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across different regions.
You will also act as an advisor to both the business and intern cohorts to maximise their experience.
- Programme Delivery
- Coordinate end-to-end early career programme cycles across multiple countries
- Manage calendars, milestones, and delivery timelines
- Ensure high-quality execution of onboarding, engagement, development sessions, and offboarding
- Stakeholder Management
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with stakeholders
- Communicate proactively and maintain alignment across regions
- Anticipate needs, mitigate risks, and support smooth collaboration
- Communication & Alignment
- Lead communications with interns, managers, and internal teams
- Provide clear updates, visibility on risks, and structured documentation
- Represent the programme team in cross‑functional regional and global discussions
- Data, Metrics & Insights
- Track key metrics including NPS, conversions, attendance, performance cycles, and budget
- Produce dashboards and actionable insights
- Recommend improvements to enhance programme quality and consistency
- Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to process documentation, standardisation, and scalability
- Support adoption of new tools, workflows, and global frameworks
- Incorporate best practices and external benchmarks
- Proven experience delivering early career programmes, ideally in a high‑growth tech environment
- Experience managing complex, multi‑region environments
- Strong understanding of early career programmes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively in an international, matrixed environment
- Self‑starter with strong ownership and reliability
- Collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset

- Hours Per Week: 35
- Hours Per Day: 7
- Rate: £48.00 per hour
- Location:
Hybrid - London Office (3 days) & Remote (2 days)
- This is a hybrid role requiring attendance in the London office three days per week
