• Own the online plan, managing day‑to‑day operations to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with local and global teams to ensure the successful execution of our commercial strategies.
• Optimise product setups and identify opportunities to drive growth on
• Support the eCommerce manager in maintaining strong relationships with Operations and Demand teams.
• Implement digital initiatives alongside our IT team and enhance the online customer journey through effective digital merchandising.

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse financial information clearly.
• Experience in CMS management (preferably SFCC) and familiarity with Jira and Adobe stack.
• A genuine interest in beauty and digital trends.
