See a Different World. Where potential is seen and progress is nurtured.

We are recruiting an experienced Safety & Security Team Leader to oversee operations for a high‑profile, global professional services platform within a modern corporate environment. The role is responsible for the effective delivery of security operations and safety programmes, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming workplace. Working within a fast‑paced and collaborative setting, you will lead the front‑of‑house security team, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while consistently delivering a high standard of service and customer experience.

As a Safety & Security Team Leader, you will manage team performance, including attendance and presentation, while ensuring all team members are fully trained, equipped, and confident in carrying out their duties. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, delegate tasks, and ensure all activities are completed in line with site requirements. Working closely with management, colleagues, and external partners, you will play a key role in maintaining standards, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of security services.

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

  • Manage team members’ performance, including absence monitoring and ensuring suitable appearance for duty.
  • Delegate tasks and ensure all team members comply with given instructions to fully and satisfactorily complete all tasks.
  • Ensure all incidents are responded to and reported to the required standard.
  • Provide guidance and support to all team members, encourage participation, and acknowledge individual successes.
  • Provide administrative support to the management and all team members.
  • Record, file, and resolve all information appropriately.
  • Conduct incident investigations, complete associated reports, and be responsible for the complete life cycle and close‑out.

Please note – the responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role. If you meet the minimum requirements and believe you’ve got what it takes to succeed, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • A valid SIA licence.
  • Previous experience in leading a security team.
  • High level of interpersonal skills.
  • The right to work in the UK, with a 5‑year checkable history.
  • Ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.
  • Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
Benefits
  • Access to a wide range of discounts on retailers, services, and everyday spending.
  • Dental plans with cash back for everyday dental costs.
  • Health Plan with cash back on medical costs.
  • Cycle to Work scheme for purchasing bicycles or equipment.
  • Specsavers eye care discounts.
  • 24/7 online GP, mental health support, and fitness programmes.
  • Online dental advice and guidance.
  • Pension plan with employer contribution and tax relief.
  • ISA savings account for long‑term financial goals.
  • Free mortgage advice.
  • Financial wellbeing hub.
  • Death in service benefit for permanent employees.
