I'm currently working on a great opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager or an ambitious Business Development Manager ready for the next step.

This is a highly visible position where you will be a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, helping to shape business development strategy, strengthen key client relationships and drive growth across a flagship practice.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering closely with leading partners on strategic business development initiatives.
  • Leading the preparation of high-profile pitches, proposals and client development opportunities.
  • Developing and execute targeted growth and client acquisition strategies.
  • Driving market profile through directories, awards, thought leadership and key industry initiatives.
  • Conducting market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the UK, US and wider international network.

About You

You may already be operating at Senior Business Development Manager level and looking for a platform that offers greater quality, visibility and progression.

Alternatively, you could be an experienced Business Development Manager ready to step into a broader, more strategic role with increased responsibility and direct exposure to senior partners.

Ideally, you will bring:

  • Strong business development experience gained within a law firm or professional services environment.
