Business Analyst; My Account

BUSINESS ANALYST (eCommerce, Retail, My Account)

£450-£475 per day, Outside IR35, 12 months, London, Z1, Hybrid.

Rates depend on experience and client requirements.

My client is undergoing a re-platform of their 'My Account' service and is seeking a senior Business Analyst to support the teams and stakeholders. You will have experience working closely with UX, Design, Product, Engineering and more, ideally with similar re-platforming projects in large-scale retail/eCommerce environments.

• Interviews, workshops and surveys with stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
• Proactive analysis of business and user needs, translating into clear, actionable requirements.
• Identify and address constraints such as legal, privacy and compliance.
• Map existing processes, highlighting gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Work with other BAs to identify and manage cross-team dependencies and define end-to-end or integration requirements across multiple products, teams and systems.
• Partner with PO, UX, Designers, Developers and QA teams to ensure alignment between requirements and delivered solutions.
• Write user stories with acceptance criteria, modifying and splitting requirements as appropriate.
• Lead refinement and user story definition sessions.
• Define UAT test scenarios and validate outcomes.
• Create and maintain As-Is and To-Be evolution of requirements and processes.
• Coordinate stakeholder sign-off for requirements.
• Own creation and upkeep of documentation for delivered solutions.
