Your Role

In this role you will:

  • Be a strategic leader for one of our priority growth accounts
  • Be client facing, shapinggrowthand driving end-to-end value within key account(s) and ensuring Invent capabilities are embedded within the broader account strategy.
  • Managethe financial performance of the priority growth account(s) inparticularfocusingon sales,revenue and profitability.
  • Create proactive, insight-led innovative propositions thatsupportourclients businessneedsand differentiate Capgemini in the consulting market.
  • Buildandmaintaindeep, long-standingrelationshipswith CxO-level clients, understanding their priorities andacting as Invents voice on major transformation agendas, working towards a trusted advisor status.
  • Oversee successful delivery of projects and programmes in the Consumer Products sector working with colleagues from across the Capgemini business.
  • Helptorun a successful

    Consumer Products industry team, inspiring and managing junior talent.
  • Drive eminence in the marketthrough visibility at industry events anddemonstratingthought leadership across a range of industry topics.

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

  • Business Development Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
  • Internal contribution Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
  • Learning & development Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.

Your Profile

  • Aproventrack recordin consulting, working withmultipleglobal

    Consumer Products clients to deliver transformational change.
  • Expertise across different sub-sectors.

    We work with clients in theFMCG, Consumer Health, Tobacco,Alcohol and Luxury Goods clients.

    The priority growth account(s) are within these sub-sectors.
  • Domainexpertiseinone or more areas of the Consumer Products operating model.

    Commercial Strategy and Category Management, encompassing channel, customerarchtypesand route-to-market,are of particular interest for this role.
  • A strong business development background, bringing together Capgeminispre-existing relationships and your own network to generate >4m of personal sales.
  • Breadthof experience delivering a wide variety of consultingserviceswith a strong appreciation of how technology and AIenable transformation.
  • Entrepreneurialspiritand market-making mindset supported by a focus on business outcomes for your clients.
  • Ability toleadeffectively in a matrix-organisation, building strong internal networks and leading teams with a broad cross section of skillsand experience.
  • Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having asignificant consulting background.
