As a Key Account Coordinator, you will act as the central coordinator for a key national client, ensuring effective communication, tracking delivery against commitments, and supporting both operational and senior stakeholder engagement. You will also play a key role in embedding best practice use of CRM systems to support stakeholder management, enabling a more structured, transparent, and data‑driven approach to account management.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary coordination point for a key client account, supporting both operational teams and senior stakeholders.
- Attend regular client meetings across operational, regional, and senior levels, ensuring effective preparation and follow‑up.
- Take ownership of minute taking, ensuring accurate capture of discussions, decisions, and agreed actions.
- Maintain and manage action logs, tracking progress, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of commitments.
- Coordinate internal updates and reporting, ensuring alignment across regional teams and central functions.
- Support the preparation of client presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Act as a point of escalation support, ensuring issues are captured, tracked, and communicated clearly.
- Champion and role model the effective use of CRM systems to manage stakeholder interactions, track engagement, and maintain accurate account data.
- Support data‑driven account management by maintaining up‑to‑date records, generating insights, and enabling informed decision‑making.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and client representatives.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, communication, and client experience.
- Assist with broader account management activities, including stakeholder mapping, engagement planning, and supporting growth opportunities where appropriate.
- Deliver structured updates, insight reports, and recommendations that support client ambitions and reinforce First Port’s strategic partnership.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years experience in residential real estate, either on the managing agent or developer side.
- Proven success in building relationships with stakeholders, ideally within the new build sector.
- Strong knowledge of developer needs and expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
