• Bridge the gap between all business stakeholders, both internal and external, including Sales, Project Management, Technical Architecture, Development, QA Testing, and service support colleagues.
• Own understanding of client change needs, investigate business problems and opportunities, and facilitate the delivery of appropriate changes through business analysis techniques and documentation.
• Perform discoveries and plan, conduct, analyze, and communicate findings that ground design decisions against user needs.
• Collaborate and support a multidisciplinary team, working with technical experts.
• Co‑create with stakeholders and users, leading workshops and inclusive design initiatives.
• Communicate with business people, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Elaborate epics and user stories from high‑level concepts to 'playable' units of work for Developers.
• Translate business needs into traceable requirements and demonstrate how solutions meet the required needs with measurable value and business priority.
• Work with the Design and Research team, integrate and enable user research as part of elaboration and continuous improvement.
• Assist Delivery Manager / Scrum Master with maintenance of physical and digital Agile boards, articulate the definition of ready/done, user story kick‑off and sign‑off, and requirements for UAT.
• Collaborate with other Business Analysts, Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Technical Leads and QA and external stakeholders on site.
• Advocate best practice and promote business analysis across Secure Transformation Services.
• Flexibility and mobility are required, including spending time onsite with clients and partners.

• Previous business analysis experience.
• Knowledge and application of the Requirements Engineering Process and experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience applying BA techniques such as Business Process Modelling (BPMN), Context Diagrams, Use Cases, SWOT analysis, MOST analysis and Business Activity Models.
• Experience working in an agile context.
• Experience with prioritisation techniques (RoM, t‑shirt sizing, MoSCoW etc.).
• Understanding of user‑centric design and non‑functional aspects such as security, privacy, accessibility, performance and reliability.
