Credit & Revenue Controller

Confident? Organised? Great with people? We are looking for someone who ticks those boxes to join our prestigious law firm client as a Revenue Controller. This is a new role as part of a growing finance department and a great opportunity to work closely with Partners across the firm. Your main job will be to help ensure work is billed on time and that clients pay their bills promptly.

It’s all about keeping the cash flowing so the firm runs smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll be out and about in the office, meeting regularly with Partners to talk through their outstanding bills and help them stay on top of their accounts. This is not a role where you sit behind a desk all day – you’ll be working closely with the people you support, building good relationships and helping them put better billing and payment habits in place.

The team you will be joining is friendly, supportive, and works hard to keep everything running well behind the scenes. The department is made up of around 10 people who cover everything from billing and payroll to compliance and client accounts. Together, they make sure all the financial parts of the firm are in good shape, and they’re looking forward to welcoming someone new who can bring energy and fresh ideas.

So, if you’ve worked in revenue or credit control before – especially in a law firm or professional services environment, you’ll fit right in. You’ll need to be well‑organised, good with systems, and comfortable speaking to senior people. You don’t need to know everything from day one, but you do need to be proactive, ready to learn, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
