Job Title:
Footprint Manager – APP
Location:
London / Bexhill / Leicester – Hybrid
- Develop and deliver new insight, integrating new data, analytical techniques, and innovative performance metrics for the portfolio.
- Provide data‑driven insights to modellers and pricing teams to inform rate adjustments and model improvements.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels and help shape strategic growth pathways.
- Lead Risk Selection projects and project teams to generate value for the wider business.
- Ensure alignment with underwriting governance and the company’s 4
Cs culture. - Maintain fair and reasonable customer outcomes, questioning processes that do not meet these expectations.
- Complete all mandated training, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and competence development for direct reports.
- 3–5 years in Pricing or Underwriting within insurance.
- Proficiency with numerical and statistical data analysis.
- Strong skills in statistical or data manipulation packages; aptitude for advanced skill development.
- Pro‑active approach to driving change and critically evaluating information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confidence to express opinions and challenge assumptions.
- Experience in Finance Services pricing/analytics.
- Recruiter screening call.
- 1st Round – Introductory call with Hiring Manager.
- 2nd Round – Case study assessment.
