Strategic Proposition Manager – EMEA Enterprise Product Team

Responsibilities

Proposition managers are responsible for end-to-end product delivery, including proposition management (gateway, acquiring and value‑added services), product build and product performance.

The Proposition leads work closely with commercial, operations, legal, and partner teams to localise positioning, pricing and customer enablement.

The team monitors product performance, financials and customer usage across their respective region, identifying opportunities for optimisation, growth and issue resolution.

Own end‑to‑end responsibility for all products in market for their respective client segment, ensuring close alignment on goals and delivery plans with LOB teams and closing the feedback loop with commercial teams and clients.

Define and drive the regional product strategy and playbook for the region, market and vertical, evaluating competitiveness and opportunities to increase win rate.

Stay abreast of market innovations, competition and regulatory changes; analyse trends, assess profitability, prepare business cases and pitch new products or business models to grow market competitiveness and value proposition.

Support Value Creation Plans (VCPs) and revenue generation of product, and work with GTM and commercialisation to provide collateral and expertise to sales.

Engage customers as a subject‑matter expert, incorporating feedback into product and supporting sales worldwide.

Spearhead planning and coordination of all product delivery aspects from initiation to launch, including scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables.

Collaborate with project managers to manage and resolve project risks, issues and progress, ensuring goals, deadlines, scope and quality are met.
