About the Role
As a Sales Strategy Manager supporting CP&ESG, you will independently execute specialized tasks to enhance the efficiency and quality of our revenue operations. Your work will drive the optimization of processes and ensure our sales teams deliver outstanding results. You will shape the effectiveness of our revenue operations through meticulous execution and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Independently manage and improve comprehensive revenue operations projects.
- Lead the development and optimization of sales compensation plans.
- Implement and refine advanced sales process methodologies.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales metrics to identify performance trends.
- Provide expert guidance on sales tools and systems usage.
- Oversee business planning pipeline management and forecasting.
- Ensure data integrity initiatives and compliance.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on sales strategy execution.
- Evaluate and recommend new sales technologies and tools.
- Support team-wide projects to enhance revenue operations effectiveness.
- Project Management – strong skill in leading and managing complex projects.
- Advanced Data Analytics – high capability in advanced data analysis and interpretation.
- Sales Compensation Design – proficiency in developing and optimizing compensation plans.
- Process Improvement – ability to implement and manage process improvement initiatives.
- Technical Expertise – deep understanding of sales tools, systems, and technologies.
- Leadership – capability to provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Strategic Execution – skill in aligning operations with strategic business goals.
- Compliance – thorough understanding of data integrity and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering advanced sales analysis and business intelligence to Sales Leaders.
- Experience leading structured pipeline management and forecasting processes, applying leading and lagging indicators to improve accuracy.
- Strong communicator with the ability to create clear, compelling insights and recommendations that influence senior sales leadership.
- Adept at building collaborative, productive relationships with senior cross‑functional stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
- Proven ability to build automated, database‑driven workflows and reduce spreadsheet dependence.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Power BI, and experience working with sales analytics platforms, ensuring strong adoption, accurate data integrity, and effective system utilization.
- Focused on driving process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen sales operating rhythms.
- Highly organized, accountable, and willing to move initiatives forward with precision and clarity.
