Working Hours:

Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday Hybrid We  believe that through collaboration and connection with our colleagues we can achieve great things. What you’ll doThe Senior Legal Counsel role involves leading strategic compliance across Mobile (including the Consumer Value Brands), ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal advice. The successful candidate will have broad legal experience and be required to support all Vodafone Three Consumer mobile products, and other key projects, as required. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensure legal compliance, and mitigate risks across Mobile and Consumer Value Brands.

They will also support the Lead Counsel to develop a high-performing legal team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key accountabilities for the role include:

Strategic compliance leadership:
Lead compliance for Mobile and Consumer Value Brands; act as principal legal advisor to senior and cross-functional stakeholders.

High-quality legal advice:
Deliver pragmatic, solution-focused legal counsel for Mobile/CVB products; ensure marketing/advertising compliance with brand strategy.

Stakeholder management:
Build collaborative relationships across legal, product, marketing, compliance, security, commercial and regulatory teams; provide timely, business-aligned advice.

Risk assessment & assurance:
Identify and mitigate legal risks; ensure regulatory compliance and embed controls into customer journeys and campaigns.
