An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Development Executive to join a leading international professional services firm, supporting a high-growth Disputes & Investigations practice.
Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving business development initiatives, strengthening client relationships, raising the profile of the practice and supporting the pursuit of new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious BD professional looking to further develop their career in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and delivery of strategic business development plans and campaigns.
- Coordinate and produce pitches, proposals, credentials and other client-facing materials.
- Conduct client, market and competitor research to identify opportunities and support business planning.
- Assist with client targeting programmes and relationship development initiatives.
- Project manage directory and awards submissions.
- Support the delivery of events, webinars, round tables and thought leadership campaigns.
- Maintain CRM data and provide reporting and analysis to support business development activity.
- Collaborate with partners, lawyers and wider business services teams to drive growth across the practice.
- Previous business development and marketing experience, ideally within legal or professional services.
- Experience operating at Executive or Senior Executive level.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Commercially aware, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Confident working with data, research and CRM systems.
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience.
