• Consultants have responsibility for project deliverables, solution implementation and generation of project results.
• Contribute to project work streams and interact with the project team daily to ensure engagement success.
• Support day‑to‑day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders.
• Prepare and communicate well‑organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives.
• Design project plans, own project status reporting, and manage tracking of client deliverables.
• Work with business units and process owners to map existing processes using Microsoft Visio.
• Conduct detailed analysis on client projects and turn into actionable insights through compelling narratives using Microsoft PowerPoint, PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Assist Senior Consultants and Managers with project execution, including assessing, measuring, monitoring, reporting, and remediating operational risk and controls in new or existing business processes.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Support the team in preparing responses for Request for Proposals (RFPs) for prospective clients.
• Help clients develop or implement operational risk management frameworks, guidelines, and policies while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 (ONE) or more years of experience in the banking industry or commercial financial services consulting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment where priorities and scope may change quickly.
• Ability to travel for client engagements if required.
• Right to work in the UK (UK Passport, Ireland Passport, Indefinite Leave to Remain, EU Settled Status).

• Prior management consulting experience.
• Experience in operational risk and/or big bank compliance (first or second line of defense).
• Experience with banking regulations, compliance, and risk management requirements.
• Experience with risk and controls current‑state assessments, including process mapping.
• ACCA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant certifications.
• MBA or MA/MS degree in a related field.
