Business Analyst FM

• Proven experience at the experienced end of business analysis, with the ability to spot delivery risks early
• Strong background in the Built Environment, Facilities Management, or Property Systems is highly desirable
• Prior exposure to enterprise-level CAFM platforms such as MRI Evolution or similar is a major plus
• Immediate availability to commit to 2 days per week on-site in a hybrid working arrangement

• Carry out requirements gathering and to-be process mapping alongside a newly appointed technology vendor
• Drive functional data flow mapping through design, configuration, and build phases
• Lead, run, and present workshops to strategic stakeholders with confidence
• Work independently within programme work streams without daily task management or hand‑holding
• Translate complex to-be process maps into clear functional designs
• Anticipate project bottlenecks and support delivery across a high‑profile CAFM replacement programme

We are urgently recruiting a senior IT Business Analyst to join an 18‑month CAFM replacement programme at the early post‑RFP vendor mapping stage. This is a high‑pressure contract role based in Finsbury Park with a hybrid working pattern of 2 days per week in the office, offering a day rate of £450 to £500. The interview process has two stages: a Microsoft Teams competency interview followed by an in‑person scenario‑based interview.

We are looking for an independent self‑starter who can join a dedicated work stream and help shape a complex system replacement within the facilities management and built environment space.
