Job Summary
This analyst role provides the successful candidate with an opportunity to undertake strategic research focused on the evolving enterprise risk landscape. To support our clients, the research explores how firms are adapting to growing complexity in risk management, driven by shifting regulatory demands, the expansion of GRC frameworks, and heightened third‑party risk exposure while covering the solutions being developed to identify, assess, and mitigate risk in an increasingly uncertain business environment.
WhatYou'll Be Doing
- Conducting research and creating original reports and presentations on risk management and services based on the established portfolio of Verdantix methodologies.
- Supporting and co‑ordinating other team member’s research whilst assisting with internal consultant work.
- Managing and publishing reports and blog posts.
- Assisting in product development and joining vendor‑led briefings.
- Supporting client workshops and consulting projects whilst developing trusted relationships with Verdantix clients and senior industry decision makers.
- Attending industry events to help raise the profile of Verdantix in the market.
- Supporting marketing efforts by writing blogs and engaging in social media activities.
- Education in risk management desirable; otherwise, a degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Law essential.
- Interest in or exposure to risk management subjects, or any IT/Cybersecurity topics.
- Interest in the future of risk management and the development of AI.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve problems and generate new ideas.
- Quantitative skills and knowledge of Excel to manipulate large data sets and apply basic mathematical concepts.
- Familiarity with MS Office suite (including PowerPoint) to produce client‑ready analysis and presentations.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and team collaboration skills.
- Curiosity and openness towards new genAI‑related productivity and research tools.

This is a hybrid role which requires 3 days a week in the office during the probationary period, and will decrease to 2 days upon successful completion.
