Off Cycle interns are generalists working on multiple projects simultaneously. In Insurance Strategy and Solutions, the intern will support European insurance projects, perform asset allocation and risk modeling analysis, and prepare strategy presentations and research papers.

• Research and prepare analyses on insurance market trends, peer analysis, and regulatory updates
• Participate in client projects and assist with client analysis and responses
• Contribute to and maintain financial models and frameworks for portfolio optimisation and insurance asset allocation
• Collaborate with internal teams including investments, products, and relationship managers
• Develop a strong understanding of asset classes offered through the Blackstone Credit & Insurance platform

• Strong academic background in a technical discipline (e.g., math, financial math, actuarial science) preferred
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) preferred
• Proficiency in a European language (Italian or German) is advantageous but not required

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or master’s student, or having just graduated
• CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade and be in PDF format
• Must be able to start between September/October 2026 and be available for up to six months
