Gizmo.ai is a Series A‑funded startup building the “Duolingo for Anything” with an AI‑powered platform that makes learning addictive for 1.7 million monthly users. Backed by NFX and Ada Ventures, they are a 20‑person team based in London scaling a gamified educational ecosystem that turns knowledge into a fun, social habit.

As the right hand to the Chief of Staff, you will drive high‑priority projects across finance, people, and strategy to scale Gizmo.ai’s addictive learning platform. You’ll own critical work streams from day one, solving complex operational bottlenecks for a growing community of 1.7 million learners and a rapidly expanding team.

• Lead work streams across finance, compliance, and people operations to increase the leverage and output of the executive team.
• Analyze performance data and user metrics to draw actionable conclusions that inform strategic priorities and company growth.
• Proactively identify operational friction and build scalable solutions, from improving internal processes to supporting high‑level hiring pushes.

• Roughly 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally within a talent‑dense, fast‑moving startup or strategy consulting environment.
• Proven ability to communicate crisply and manage upwards, ensuring leadership has the right context without unnecessary noise.
• A low‑ego, outcome‑driven mindset with the technical curiosity to use AI tools to 10× personal productivity and output.
