This role requires a unique dual‑focus. You must be comfortable troubleshooting a calibrated 4K monitor one moment and managing a complex client delivery schedule the next.

The London facility at Chancery Lane is a high‑tech ecosystem. Your operational duties include:

• Facility Synergy: Oversee the day‑to‑day functionality of the facility, ensuring that grading suites and sound stages are operational and prepared for high‑profile client arrivals.
• Resource Management: Manage studio hardware resources, including the setup and movement of technical equipment like grading surfaces, reference monitors, and localized storage arrays.
• Technical Quality Control: Assist the Operations Manager with essential maintenance tasks, such as display calibrations and software updates, to ensure that our technical standards remain the industry benchmark.
• Issue Triage: Act as the first line of defense for technical problems, monitoring and tracking issues before triaging them to the Engineering team for resolution.

In an increasingly remote world, Company 3 leads the way in virtual collaboration.

• Setup and Testing: You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end coordination of remote sessions. This includes testing connectivity and preparing streaming pipelines for clients viewing from Los Angeles, New York, or anywhere in the world.
• Remote Tools: Utilize and troubleshoot specialized streaming tools such as Sohonet Pivot and Colorfront Streaming to provide a low‑latency, color‑accurate experience.
• Resource Booking: Ensure that the correct technical assets (calibrated monitors and panels) are secured for every remote review session.
