Senior Consultant – Business Change Manager

Overview

Lead and deliver change management work streams in complex business and technology transformation programmes. Operate as a trusted advisor to clients with ownership of change delivery. Shape the approach, manage delivery, and lead small teams. Contribute to the growth of the Change Management capability in the UK. Work on exciting Change Management engagements and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams.

• Contribute to the growth of the Change Management capability in the UK.
• Work on Change Management engagements and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams.

• Strong consulting experience in end-to-end change management within business transformation programmes
• Experience leading change work streams or acting as a Business Change Manager
• Proven experience delivering change within public and private sector organisations
• Strong track record of accountability for planning, execution, and outcomes
• Experience with recognised change methodologies e.g. Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR
• Core change disciplines including stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communications, training, and benefits realisation
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to operate effectively within fast-paced environments
• Interest in contributing to capability growth and mentoring junior consultants.
