Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to lead the delivery of AVEVA’s sustainability partner enablement programs. You will work closely with the Partner organization to define and execute the operational strategy and roadmap for partner engagement in sustainability. In this role, you will lead program governance, align cross‑functional stakeholders, and ensure execution against key objectives – monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and driving outcomes.

You will also provide leadership with clear, data‑driven insights into program health, performance, and impact. Reporting to the Sustainability Commercial Enablement Lead, you will play a key role in scaling sustainability programs across AVEVA’s partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Program Management & Growth: Lead the strategy and roadmap for sustainability‑focused partner programs, work closely with the Partner organization to drive adoption and engagement across a complex, global ecosystem, manage program execution while owning performance visibility, and evolve key partner enablement mechanisms to build capability and participation.
  • Performance & Insights: Track KPIs tied to sustainability outcomes, enablement effectiveness, and commercial impact; analyse partner program data, leverage AI where appropriate, translate insights into actionable recommendations, maintain strong execution cadence, and communicate program performance and key insights to drive alignment and decision‑making.
  • Commercial Enablement & Market Engagement: Support SCE enablement priorities by developing and delivering content, tools, and coaching that equip partners and field teams, act as a key point of contact for EMEA markets, support regional teams in activating enablement programs, and engage the field in partnership with the Sustainability Segment Director.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, go‑to‑market strategy, commercial enablement, or program management; sustainability experience preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong project‑management skills, including planning, prioritisation, and risk management.
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data‑visualisation tools, and a curiosity for applying AI to improve data analysis, reporting, and decision‑making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive‑level presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic environments, building from the ground up, with a proactive, hands‑on approach and willingness to operate across multiple priorities.
Benefits
  • Flexible benefits fund, emergency leave days, adoption leave, 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
  • Pension, life cover, private medical insurance, parental leave, education assistance programme.
