Overview
We are hiring a Performance Business Director to lead and shape the performance strategy for re Markable—one of the world’s most exciting DTC technology brands. This is a role where strategy meets impact, bringing together data, media and commercial thinking to drive real business outcomes. You’ll partner closely with senior clients and cross‑functional teams, creating a clear and compelling performance narrative across markets.

- Set the strategic direction for performance activity across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic, ensuring a clear and unified approach.
- Translate commercial goals into robust media plans, including investment strategy, campaign design and performance forecasting.
- Act as a senior partner to client stakeholders, shaping conversations around performance outcomes, measurement and growth opportunities.
- Lead cross‑channel integration, working closely with planning, data, and technology teams to deliver cohesive strategies.
- Establish strong measurement and attribution frameworks, ensuring performance is understood in the context of wider business drivers.
- Identify and test new opportunities across platforms, formats and audience strategies to improve efficiency and scale.
- Guide and support channel specialists, creating alignment, clarity and high‑quality delivery across the team.
- Strong experience in performance marketing and digital planning, with the ability to connect data, media activity and commercial impact.
- Confidence working across key performance metrics such as CPA, CVR and ROAS, along with a clear understanding of measurement approaches.
- Expertise in at least one paid channel, with the ability to guide specialists and translate detail into strategic recommendations.
- Commercial awareness, including experience shaping scopes of work and aligning investment decisions to business priorities.
- Experience working with DTC, e‑commerce or consumer‑focused brands, ideally in a global or multi‑market context.
- Clear and engaging communication style, able to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.
- Proven leadership capability, with experience bringing together teams to deliver integrated, high‑quality outcomes.
