What

You’ll Do At BTS
  • Partner with clients from Global 100 and 500 companies: serve as their trusted advisor, collaborating closely to understand their unique challenges, objectives, and opportunities. Build strong relationships, gain deep business insights, deliver tailored solutions, and identify referrals for new opportunities.
  • Conceptualise and design solutions linked to strategy and business priorities: identify opportunities, develop innovative approaches, and translate them into experiences that drive tangible business impact. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and implementation.
  • Lead client projects and programmes: effectively manage client relationships and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment of objectives, and successful project outcomes. Inspire and motivate teams, fostering collaboration, maintaining high quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops, offsites, and seminars: collaborate with internal teams across multiple projects and industries, leading sessions from 10‑person executive teams to large‑scale offsites.
What We’re Looking For
  • Significant experience in consulting or corporate environment, ideally in strategy execution, business transformation, or commercial capability‑building.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and linking strategic priorities to meaningful business outcomes.
  • Business development experience: identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, winning and growing client partnerships.
  • Experience leading complex projects or programmes with accountability for deliverables, budgets, and results.
  • Strong business and financial acumen applied to client performance analysis and recommendation.
  • Proven ability to build trusted, long‑term relationships with senior clients.
  • Facilitator skills in leading strategic conversations and dynamic, outcome‑focused sessions.
  • Experience conceptualising and developing solutions that integrate strategy, business acumen, and performance improvement.
  • Digital fluency, leveraging emerging tools and technologies including AI and analytics.
  • Confident and engaging communicator, presenting to large senior audiences, translating complex concepts into clear insights.

Fluency in English is a must. Additional fluency in any of the following European languages—French, Spanish, Norwegian, German, Dutch or Swedish—is a benefit. Right to work is required; BTS cannot sponsor visas.
